Missing or Damaged Items

  • If items are missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

    • Change of mind (wrong size, preference) → customer covers return shipping.

Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fee for returns due to defects or incorrect items.

  • Packages returned due to refusal, unclaimed delivery, or wrong address may incur a £10 reshipment fee or a 25% restocking fee if refunded instead of reshipped.
